Lipo products
Information provided by other people on your behalf If someone books an appointment on your behalf, we’ll ask them for basic details about you, which may include health details such as whether you have a family history of diabetes or Chemotherapy Treatment. This is to ensure we book you in for the right type and length of appointment. We’ll check with you when you come to your appointment to make sure the information we’ve been given is accurate. If you’re booking an appointment or registering for a service for someone else, please make sure they’re happy for you to provide their personal information on their behalf and that they understand why the information is needed.

We use your personal information to provide our products and services. Some are essential for us to provide the services you use or to fulfil our legal obligations. Some help us run our business efficiently and effectively. Returns & Refunds

We hope that you enjoy using and love our Liquid Lipo Products, but if you would like to return any of the items you’ve purchased, we will happily offer a refund. This is on the basis that the products are returned new, unopened and in a resalable condition. The refund window is a 28-day period; any requests for a refund must be presented with an invoice or receipt.

This excludes the following:

· Items personalised for you, such as branded marketing items
· Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
· Corrective Bandages

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging (Unless Damaged).
Returning all or part of your order to your local Practitioner is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:
· A printout of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of "My Account")
· All products you wish to return will be inspected for quality concerns
· Disclaimer will be completed by both parties upon return of products

Refund for Customers outside the EU
If you want to return any of your orders, please contact our Customer Team; our team will then send you a Returns form to complete and give you instructions on how to return any products and where to send them to.
All items returned must be unused and in their original packaging.

Based on the nature of the Liquid Lipo Products, you must be 18 years of age to purchase any of the products and to sign up to liquidlipointernational.com
Products:
We have set out our site so that our customers can see our ‘Core’ Range of products that are purchased most frequently. There is also a section that shows ‘New Products’; this section shows any products that have been recently released. Customers who purchase Liquid Lipo products (Excluding Thermogenesis) must follow the manufacturing guidelines for use at home. Stockists / Practitioners who purchase Liquid Lipo must be accredited through training. (See training below)
Training:
Stockists / Practitioners who sign up for the training must complete all sections of the training as set out in your contract. Practitioners will only be able to promote, use or sell the Liquid Lipo Ltd products upon completing the training. Practitioners are not permitted to train anyone on behalf of Liquid Lipo Ltd.
Stockist / Practitioners Exclusivity Rights
The head office uses the website stockist map to check the nearest stockists when we have enquiries to join the team. Should you fail to provide your details and not inform us of any changes, then this may put your exclusive rights at risk. If you haven’t provided your details using the Jot Form https://form.jotform.com/210656930263050, new sign-ups in your area will not be the fault of Liquid Lipo Ltd.
Website Security

Orders

We use industry-approved and secure payment processing software. We will validate your order together with payment details before processing your order. Your order is then subject to validation checks that we may take to process your order. Once this is completed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your order. This forms a legally binding contract between us.
All orders are subject to availability, and if you placed an order but some of the products were not available, you will not be charged for those items that have been cancelled.

We accept payment by most major Credit, Debit card or PayPal. Payments will be debited from your account before the items are dispatched.
All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
